This was a fun commission--they wanted my take on Cerberus, surrounded by broken musical instruments, on the premise that sooner or later, he'd figure out that people showing up with instruments meant that he'd wake up a few hours later with Hades smacking 'im with a rolled-up newspaper. I enjoyed it.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. 1) The flute through the skull ("Take THAT, foul musician!!")
and
2) ... When I added this to my favorites, one of the "recommended deviations" was that of a rearing unicorn.
Bottom left head looks like he's going to gnaw on the top head's bottom lip/ear to assert dominance or something. That or, "Hey, look, YOU got the last one, let me eat this one! I mean, for crap's sake, he has a HARP!"
