Clothodile by ursulav Clothodile by ursulav
The freshwater clothodile feeds primarily on plushalopes and other large stuffed animals that come down to watering holes to drink. They can grow up to sixteen feet in length and exhibit a symbiotic relationship with the tiny tailor-bird, which will walk fearless into the clothodile's mouth, cleaning the predator's teeth, pulling out loose threads, and carefully stitching up any small rips or tears they may find.

6 x 18 on 2" cradled gessoboard, mixed media over print sealed ot board.

Prints are available at Red Wombat Studio: [link]

Oh this is so cute, I love you little plushanimals, and I hope in the future you make more of these little fellows of cuteness. I find it awing that a clothodile can swim in water that usually is bad for stuffies

These plush things remind me of an old flash game on the internet where you act as a mental doctor for abused plushies. Very fun and creative, can't remember the name though, it's in German, the name, not the game.

Awesome, and I haven't looked at the rest of your comments, but I'm pretty sure I speak for most when I say, "Okay...now we need a tailor-bird." Great work, as always. I'm always excited when I see a new piece from you in my messages.
