This little guy is the cover for my webcomic, "Digger", Chapter Four: Metaphors and Machinations. He's one of a pack of winged rats that serve as messengers for the talking statue of the god Ganesh. People "Awwwww!"'d when I introduced the Metaphorical Pigeon, which freaked me out, because he was slated to die about ten pages later on, but I went ahead and snuffed the little cutie anyway--the plot, she is a harsh mistress!--but decided to memorialize him for the next cover. 'Cos...c'mon. Winged messenger rat. What's not to love?
