Every now and then I get in these moods. In this case, I was feeling vaguely inadequate, and went back to digital art, my first great love, to hammer out something weird and squishy and vaguely Brom-esque. And misty. For years I have eschewed mist because I felt the need to prove I could draw feet. These days, I think I've mellowed a little, or possibly I am simply so far 'round the bend I can't see that bit of the bend from here.
It causes me a wrenching pain how fast and painless this sort of thing is--if I tried to do it traditionally, I'd be here all week, and it wouldn't come out half so clean. On the other hand, I could then concievably sell it. This is the great artistic conundrum. On the gripping hand, I dunno how many people are weird enough to lay out a few hundred bucks so that a giant fetus-grasshopper in bondage gear could lurk on their wall, so arguably I'm not losing much in a practical sense.
But anyway! Murkstrider! Lives in murky areas. Make good watch monsters if you happen to have invested in property in a murky area, although frankly burglars are probably not high on your list of worries, given the likelihood of your castle sinking into the dark tarn if somebody leaves the toilet running.
Digital, Painter 7, 8 x 12, a weird morning when I should have been working on something else. Prints available!

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
