Orc chicks get no love, man. But I say they're just as hot as those wimpy pastel elves--they just need better press! If we had Art Nouveau pin-ups of lusty orc maidens everywhere, I bet that attitude'd change in a hurry...

Obviously this is a joke on the famous Alphonse Mucha advertisement for Job cigarettes. Unfortunately, while I liked the line work, the color hit a snag. I never stopped to consider that the coloration in the Job add works because it's a deep, rich background color with a very neutral toned figure. Since my orc maid wanted to be green, perhaps with some purple shadows in the areas where the color adds more definition (like around the eyes) the two strong colors fought with each other, became garish, and I wasn't able to sort out the fray. Possibly at some point I will re-tackle this one, since the need for hot orc chick pin-ups should be evident to all, and I'm such a sucker for Art Nouveau.
