Like many people before and after, the penguin had joined the foreign legion to get as far from home as possible, only to discover that he was much happier in the Arabian desert than he ever had been on the ice floes back home.
I had so much fun with the king penguins in the "Polar Court" painting that I wanted to paint one again, and somehow this seemed like the place he wanted to be. Digital, Painter 7, about eight hours. Prints available at [link]
Penguins are my favorite animals.. This is very lovely, I like both the penguin and the camel. I also see a.. chameleon? *pokes the camoflauged lizard*
You draw an amazing camel. The head looks slightly more realistic than everything else in the picture, like it's walking out almost. Again, you're an incredible artist and bravo on another Penguin filled piece of art!
The camel is cute, the penguin is handsome and suave, the scenery is beautiful . . . another great picture! I love this one! One of my favorites from you.
Haha so good. I actually allways wondered why penguins needed to live in cold climates...I think the camel's head is very well done, it looks more vivid to me then everything else for some reason
