Another of these little 6 x 6 heavily textured uber-mixed-media pieces. This is a sun conure, a bird that, every time I see one, I think "Damn, I really need to paint one of those!" (Actually, there's a lot of birds like that...)

I have a sun conure named Mango (you can probably see her in my avatar picture). Anyway, I really think you did the species justice. I too think they are captivating, and the colors are phenomenal.

CONURE WUV! I have a pair of Green cheeks. Ripe little snots with a ton of attitude who think they can take on a dog without killing themselves in the process.

That's why I love them buggers, LOL!
