One of the things I heard most often in the first Taxman print offering was "We'd love to participate--but he's too creepy!" I understand. He was pretty alarming, wasn't he? And despite his pet herons, Taxman II isn't much cuddlier. So I offer as an alternate, Tea with the Taxman, a smaller, friendlier version.
He'll still take all your money, but you'll go "Dawwww!" while he does it.

This reminds me of a short story called "the brass kettle" I think.
It's about a married couple who are not happy with their lives and need money.
One day they find a brass kettle in the snow I think. They take it with them.
They make tea with it. The guy burns himself with the tea, and money appears in the kettle.
They learn that hurting yourself or others "creates" money in the kettle if it's present.
Desaster follows.
Either way, lovely picture ^^
