Another of my Wombat Tarot project--the Page of Swords.

Some of these aren't hard to do. Others, I got no clue. The Ten of Swords is a facedown corpse with ten swords in it, and I feel bad doing that to a wombat. And let's not talk about the one with the hermaphrodite...

its interesting how you even captured the birds as drawn in the rider waite deck... fyi the bird is a symbol of the mind something associated with the sword :D

I like the Wombat Tarot. (I look forward to seeing the full pack... ;-))

I don't remember my pack having the sword-studded corpse either -- I'm fairly sure that for the numbered suit cards, my pack was boringly similar to a standard pack of cards -- but it has been so long since I saw it last, I really couldn't say for sure. One of my failings is that I never throw anything away, but sometimes I suspect that the things at the bottom simply get pushed out of this universe altogether by the weight above them. Which means my pack should be here somewhere but I can't actually guarantee it! :o
